Maryland Claims Investigation, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and fully insured private detective agency. We specialize in investigating insurance claims and, in particular, the investigation, surveillance, and videotaping of workers’ compensation and auto liability claimants.
Maryland Claims Investigation, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Mr. Robert H. Jones, President and incorporated in Maryland in September of 1990. Mr. Jones started his career as an insurance investigator in 1972. Maryland Claims Investigation, Inc. continues to experience growth, primarily the result of client referrals.
Serving the Mid-Atlantic since 1989, our expert team of full-time investigators are provided with state-of-the-art equipment and company-owned surveillance vans. Maryland Claims' investigators are trained to produce effective results with persuasive video and skilled testimony. Each of our investigators has at least 15 years of professional experience in law enforcement, security, and investigations and ten years of tenure with Maryland Claims Investigation.
Our clients include insurance companies, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators, as well as numerous special investigation units. We have excellent working relationships with attorneys, adjusters, and agents of special investigation units.
