We are excited to introduce NavCheck60® developed exclusively by Maryland Claims Investigation, Inc.
We are now conducting Free Spot Checks on cases for 60 days after their closing. GPS mapping technology and a custom proprietary software program allows us to track these cases automatically. No other vendor has this technology.
Our investigators are issued with company-owned surveillance vans equipped with Wi-Fi, GPS, and Computer Tablets. With our case management system, we have determined we are often blocks away from another case recently closed. The investigators can visually identify these cases on a map in relation to their current location, and a spot check is conducted, often with dramatic results!
On the map above, the blue markers represent open cases. The red markers represent cases closed within the past 60 days. The investigators in the field can see the recently closed cases in relation to current investigations…NavCheck60®.
